I thought I activated Sunday Ticket a few days ago. Now, we’re back to “activation pending” try back in 24 hours. This is not acceptable. I switched to Verizon internet just to get free Sunday Ticket. It’s been nothing but slow service and random modem resets since we switched and now Sunday Ticket won’t activate. I was on the phone with both Verizon and YouTube today, for more than 2 hours total - no resolution. Just both parties blaming the other and promising to escalate. Beyond infuriated!!!
