I thought I activated Sunday Ticket a few days ago. Now, we’re back to “activation pending” try back in 24 hours. This is not acceptable. I switched to Verizon internet just to get free Sunday Ticket. It’s been nothing but slow service and random modem resets since we switched and now Sunday Ticket won’t activate. I was on the phone with both Verizon and YouTube today, for more than 2 hours total - no resolution. Just both parties blaming the other and promising to escalate. Beyond infuriated!!!
We definitely want to make sure that you're able to redeem the offers that you were qualified for when you activated service with us, including NFL Sunday Ticket. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account to better assist, and will be sending a Private Note for further review.
