I brought 2 phones to Verizon on 11/4. I also purchased a new phone, so I have 3 lines total - all are on the unlimited apple one plan. I filed the rebate form but received a notice that my rebate submission was rejected due to an invalid date. But 11/4/22 falls within the required dates. I’d like to know how to get my $1,000 that was promised to me.
