I just purchased a prepaid phone from the online chat a week ago today and rec'd it Fri Dec 21, 2018. Ever since then I've been on their Facebook CS and Twitter CS and Verizon Wireless Chat and nobody can help me activate my phone because it came locked. I am 47 miles out of town and have no car and am disabled. I asked about this several times before placing the order but it came locked anyway. What can I do to get this resolved online? I am so angry I could just burst . I paid for a month service and a phone but can't use it.
