Internet is Slow, Ping is High, Speed Tests Fail

Internet works, but is slow with high ping. Streaming video is impossible.

When attempting to run speed test on verizon.com, the test fails with the error "Test timed out."

That would get old quickly. We want you to get the best possible service. When did this issue start? How has this device worked for you in the past?

This is my first time with Verizon service.

The same device can also use a T-Mobile SIM card and has no issues. Signal quality is not great for either T-Mobile or Verizon (likely because I live in Maricopa, AZ, rather than closer to Phoenix), but the T-Mobile SIM does not exhibit the same issue.

I will try to get the device to another location to see the problem persists.
