Suddenly I find that I can no longer access the NFL+ Premium. It worked (however buggy) for 7 weeks but no longer. I tried to get support from NFL+ and NFL.com but they referred me to Verizon once we verified there were no changes made to my NFL account that would've impacted my subscription. In Verizon the subscription still shows active but still no access. Anyone run into this issue as well and if so, how was it resolved? I'm on the phone right now with a Verizon rep asking for cancellation and a prorated refund but they can't figure out how to cancel the subscription. I also can't change the renewal payment card to prevent future charges and auto renewal. I can't delete it.
For those of you reading this that are interested in Verizon +Play, avoid at all costs. I fell trapped in a con.
If this comes to a satisfactory resolution I'll happily update this post.
