I have been a VZ customer for 22 years, keeping 5+ lines active for most of this time. I upgrade only when I feel I need to - not just because a new model is available. But now it seems that Verizon will not offer me any kind of deal to upgrade my iPhone X to the new 15. This is nuts! Has anyone managed to get a decent loyalty offer from Verizon?
