Hi,
I am an Canadian with a home in Florida. I have an unlocked Pixel 6 Pro from Canada. I would like to sign up for both Home Internet and a bring my own device plan, but IMEI isn't valid when I try to sign up.
I am assuming it just needs to be whitelisted? I fully own the phone, it's unlocked and it's specs are the same as a US pixel.
Appreciate any help you can provide. It will work with T Mobile, but I would prefer to use Verizon.

Bagocky, thank you for considering Verizon Wireless for your service. You mentioned home service, were you planning to use the 5G Home or the Fios service? Though we do not provide service in Canada, we certainly do service Florida. Have you had the opportunity to check if we do offer the home service at the Florida location? To check Fios service, please visit https://www.verizon.com/home/bundles/fios/?t=pure&cmp=KNC_H_P_COE_GAW_FiOS_2022_07_BP-10741&abr=CMOG.... For the 5G Home, please visit https://www.verizon.com/5g/home/. For either service we will have you click Check Availability to see if service is available at that location. -Loren

Hi,
Yes, I've checked my US address and I'm not interested in service in Canada. I only mentioned Canada, as it was where my phone was originally purchased.
The home internet isn't the issue at hand, but the inability to subscribe my unlocked pixel 6 pro is. I'd like to use Verizon, but I'm amazed at how difficult it is.
Can someone help whitelist my phone so I can subscribe or not?

We'd love to take a closer look into the compatibility. Send a Private Message our way with the IMEI, so we can get started.
