I WILL BE REPORTING THEM AND VERIZON BECAUSE THEY ARE AWARE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT RECEIVING THE GIFT CARDS AND HAVE YET TO FIX THE SITUATION OR FIND A NEW VENDOR.
