I've been a verizon customer for over 20 years. I've never felt that I'd been "had". I am eligible for the NFL Sunday Ticket redemption yet I've still not received an email with instructions. I've called over 5 times, texted with support, went to Verizon store twice. I've wasted more time (well over $500 of my time) that the ticket is worth.
We will be switching as soon as I get a new internet service since I work from home.
