I redeemed my free nfl Sunday ticket, but never received an email receipt with instructions as I was told. I have rescheduled multiple work appointments waiting for promised phone call returns from supervisors that never came. I have spent countless hours on the phone speaking with people who promised resolution by 5 pm the next day.

Did Verizon ever get you access to NFL Sunday Ticket?? I’m in the same boat currently, it has been a full month since we purchased home internet to get the NFL Sunday Ticket offer and after hours spent in the store, on the phone, and on live chat with Verizon just trying to receive what they promised us — Still no access, we are beyond livid and truly feel cheated and deceived. Can’t believe a company could do this to it’s customers.
