Need a promo code for the $200 Switcher Rebate

I just joined Verizon and have a $200 Switcher Rebate noted on my invoice. The notice says to check Notifications on my account or go to vzw.com/myverizon. There is no "promo" code noted on the invoice and nothing on my account. No luck with online help, I just get an error message the system is down. Does anyone have a solution as to how to make this happen?

akjanko, love that you've joined VZ! If you're eligible for the $200 Switcher rebate you can submit for that via My VZ. If that's not working, you can also go to this Rebate page: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

You'll enter the purchase date of your service, and promo code VZ200SWITCH23 and the follow the prompts after that and fill in the appropriate information. Once you're approved, you'll receive the gift card within 8-weeks of submission via email.

If I have multiple lines, should I submit multiple request with different email addresses or just one and add all phone numbers

Great question. You should be able to use the same email address for all the lines. ~Peter

Great question NewCustomer38, you would want to do a submission for each mobile number to ensure everything is received for each individual line. Congratulations on your new service!

Clarifying Andi's answer to NewCustomer38 ...

I submitted both lines under one submission feld and was given two tracking numbers (one for each line), so expecting I will receive the $200 gift card for each line ($400 total).

Confirming that this was correct—I do NOT have to do a separate submission on a completely new form to receive the second $200.

This was submitted 10/13 and not sure about submission ID. I have this VZ200SWITCH23 code.

Please let me know how to move forward. This process has been very confusing and hard to navigate.

I submitted the code I was finally given on October 13. I didn’t see anything and reached out again via the forum late last month since I couldn’t figure out how to contact anyone at Verizon. This has been very complicated and I’m feeling I’m out of luck. What do you need if you can help me.

Sorry if this seems cranky, just so hard to navigate the process. I’m floundering….

Hoping someone can assist me but maybe need a different chat? I’m New to Verizon, 4 brand new phones & new service. When I purchased I Received 4 rebate links ($200 each) in the receipt, however, none of them worked. I’ve spent hours in chat and on phone with reps. I’ve been told that the rebate department would contact me, but nothing. One rep told me I needed (2)switcher codes because we later brought our numbers over…..gave us 2 new codes those 2 rebates started to process but were then denied with only contact being back to main center so no help. The other 2 codes never worked. I found 2 new codes (not all 4) in myvz account and was able to submit those 2 (but, they are still processing and will prob be denied again) … Deadline in 2 days and nothing yet. I don’t know what is even to process. We have the receipt and it was offered to us at purchase, so why all this crazy stuff to make it impossible to get what was promised. The agent who sold me the phones even said we could use the rebates to pay for activation but clearly that was not true.

Nobody seems to be able to help. I feel like we are being run around until they will expire and then too bad for us. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I just found this chat box ….like I said, we’ve been calling, chatting, and no luck. Any suggestions? We were with ATT for over 30 years and JUST moved to Verizon. I was super nervous and this is NOT helping. We got 4 brand new phones and 4 brand new lines. 4 rebates promised so I just don’t get the difficulty. Can someone help us?

We didn’t transfer service. We purchased 4 brand new phones… 4 brand new plans. We did ask if we could bring our phone numbers … I guess it was a couple of weeks later and they said that was no problem. So none of the 4 rebates originally worked. Not for the phones with the numbers we kept or for the phones we moved the numbers to. Not sure what the submission ID is. Would it be in the denial email? Or original receipt. If you can let me know I will go find it. Thanks for trying to assist us.

Hello again…. Hoping you can help me further per last text. Where is “submission ID” located? I’ve been trying and hoped this last effort might be the key. Reminder… we didn’t switch.. we got 4 brand new phones and services. We were later told that we could bring our phone numbers over with no problem. There were unfortunately problems and still no Rebates. Hope someone can help before this expires in 2 days. Seems that’s the purpose of making this difficult.

I'm having a similar issue. When I was checking out, I was offered $200 on us in addition to a $200 rebate for porting a number over. I received a code for the $200 on us, but never received a code for switching. I checked out on 12/31 and ported a number from TMobile.
