I just purchased a prepaid phone and added $30 to the account. It set me up with the $30/month plan, but I wanted the $15/month plan. When I switched to the plan I originally wanted I lost the $30 I had just put on. Is there any possible way to get that money added back to my account?
Prepaid offers no refunds. When you change a plan, you start over. When you activate a phone, you start the billing cycle ovr. Any change on prepaid requires another payment...even if you are paid up.
