On Sept 5 2023 Verizon offered a trade in deal on my LG and 50% off on my husband's Samsung phone. We went with the promo offer. No discounts or promos have been made. I have been back to the store 5 times. Each time " SOMETHING WAS APPLIED" and we were told it will take a couple of Billing cycles. Nothing. Has. Happened. I feel like I've been CHEATED by Verizon. We technically have paid off the mobile phone bill, and we are still being charged. This seems to be a big problem for a couple of years. I want this resolved quickly and completely. Angrily
