Online Chat Order Wrong

Entered into chat with some questions that ended with an order for two new iPhones and upgraded plan however the final rate is higher than quoted in chat. Phones are now being delivered how can I contest the higher than quoted rates? I have copy of chat discussion showing rte quoted
