Went to Verizon store because of the promotion for NFL Sunday Ticket. Told dales staff it was the only reason I was thinking about switching. Signed up for a new plan with two lines. Sales person did not set me up with the qualifying phone. So no Sunday Ticket. Went back and was told to upgrade phone so I did, more$$$. Still no Sunday Ticket, They have no idea how to fulfill the promotion requirements. I can't believe they can't make this right. Never recommend Verizon
