Redeem promo for Amazon gift card

I ordered Verizon Home 5G on Cyber Monday Nov 27, 2023 with a promo $200 Amazon gift card,

Today I received the email to redeem it. The link is not on my Dashboard. I’ve been on Chat all morning trying to resolve this.

I also should have received the xbox redemption offer & it is not mentioned in my email at all.

I have also received my first email to pick either the echo or the Amazon gift card. I logged in a few times and finally saw the link but as I hit the agree to terms block it just remained amd now the link is no longer showing. I am also waiting on the X Box option Help please.
