S23 Ultra - Samsung TV Promo

I am unable to access the Free TV offer with my purchase of the Samsung S23 Ultra.

I see there is the requirement to wait 65 days following purchase and to have the unlimited plan. I purchased my s23 ultra on June 17th and I have the unlimited plan.

I have searched on the my Verizon app without luck. I do see that someone else has this question as well on the community forums with the response being that the question is being escalated.

I was on the text customer service for a while. They said I should be getting a new link emailed in 7-10 days. We will see. Keep us posted if you get it resolved. I'm not stopping until it's right.

I checked again tonight, and the link was working for me, I was able to order the TV, there are 4 options: 32" frame, 43" crystal UHD, a freestyle projector, and if you spend $100 a 55" curved UHD. Very simple, it takes you to the Samsung site and it applied the credit automatically for me.

I'm the original poster. I spent quite a bit of time waiting while the chat assistant was looking into it and then chat cut out.

I'm pleased to see that others in this thread have responded that they did end up receiving a link and were able to obtain the TV. I will try again with chat.

How was this issue resolved? I received my email last week and then when signing on to My Verizon, all I see “Make more from your plan” and the tile says “Get a Samsung TV on us. reedemable on September 4”. I tried today and that tile takes me to the FAQ page. I can’t find any sections named “For you, on us” or a claim this offer option.

Any help is appreciated!

i never received an email with the link...Have spent 2+ hours on phone with Verizon and still no resolution. What was the link that you got???

My issue was resolved. I tried the link on my laptop instead of my phone and it all worked fine. Had the TV in less than a week.

Somehow the tile now appears and lets me choose what I want. Have not ordered yet, this was a day or 2 ago. The issue fixed itself. Good luck!

I to have this problem. No email or tile in my Verizon. Texted CS. Spent an hour with the rep. She couldn't fix it and my ticket got escalated.

I am having the same issue, and they keep transferring me to fios. I have advised them its a promo and it was on my apps, but it said I had to redeem starting 0ct 2, but now I just got an email on 9th I had 10 days left so which one is it. And today is day 10 and not there is not block and CSR says its expired so who keeps Verizon accountable, an FTC complaint? I had asked for ERT and they declined and said they would submit a ticket. 90% of the time these don’t get resolved.

June 19th I ordered and received my Galaxy S23, knowing that 65 days would have to lapse for receipt of the promised TV. August 21st I began follow-up, CSR said I was due the TV and promised delivery August 26th or 27th and to expect a tracking number. August 27th, no tracking number, no TV. That day followed up again with 2 calls, one who said he saw nothing on the account or any activity regarding the TV but that he would contact the "Order Support" Dept and callback. 2nd call said no TV promotion was attached to the original order and admitted there have been delays in claiming promotions. Will have Customer Service check and callback. No callback. I am encouraged by others receiving private messages , receiving links to an order entry page, and actually receiving their promised TV. Please help.
