I have been waiting since September for my two trade in credits of $800.00 dollars for my two IPhones. I have called the “customer service line” multiple times after waiting two billing cycles each time. and I had to explain the issue every time and always received the same answer. The credit will appear and be retroactive back until September. Here I am in May still waiting. What’s next? Do I go to BBB or CFPB? Social media? I felt like this was a bait and switch. I have been a customer of Verizon wireless for more than a decade and this is how they treat customers? Please help. I’m fed up! Thanks
