It is insane to see how many trade-ins have been “lost”. We are encountering the same thing. I’ve already reached out to UPS who cannot or will not help because Verizon was the “sender” on the package, not me. Has anyone had success in getting their credit???
I have the documentation that the phone was sent, so Verizon should honor their offer of $350 credit. They are aware that UPS has a terrible record of delivering the phones, and still they offer this method.
As a long-time Verizon customer, this is enough to send me to another carrier.
