What are the current differences between post paid and prepaid?

Currently on post paid and looking to see what the differences are between post paid and prepaid other than possibly of getting more data for the same $45+taxes I'm paying now. Can anyone explain the current differences between post paid and prepaid? Is roaming still an issue on prepaid? What about calling to or from outside the United States.

Thanks, I had read that previously and it doesn't really address the roaming (domestic) issue that some have mentioned in the past. I'm also looking to get responses on people who have recently switched and any issues or problems they experienced or are there things that don't quite match what is claimed in that FAQ.
