Why can't I upgrade my phone using the installment plan?

I just recently switched from ATT to Verizon using BYOD. I was curious to see if I could upgrade to a new phone but all it gives me the option to pay full retail price. No monthly plan option at all. I was wondering if it's cos I'm new and have to wait a while or?

Hello, unanswered! We are sorry to see you have been unable to upgrade your phone with a monthly payment installment. These do depend on your credit history with us and if you have had any past due balances, it can affect the credit history. Hss this been the case with you?

Did you claim the BYOD reward? Because they will charge that back. And yes, you have to wait.
