Ever since I traded my iPhone 12 Pro Max have had nothing but issues. Lying to me about promotions and what mobile plan I needed to be on. They said with my device I would get 1,000 towards my iPhone 15 pro max. That I would only pay 5.55 for the 15. They said after they received my phone they said I’m get the promo that I would be paying 21.63. BEWARE OF THEIR AGENTS IN THE STORE AND OVER THE PHONE!!!!
I haven’t even had the phone for a month and I’m already having these issues. T-Mobile cell service was bad but I didn’t have these issues.
