Payed $15 on 2/1/2016 then payed $30 on 2/3/2016 did not get my $15 back how can i get it back?
Why did you make 2 payments 2 days apart? Was one a partial payment? What plan are you on? Postpaid or Prepaid? When does your cycle renew?
Prepaid because all i had was $15 on the 1st witch gave me 300 minutes so on the third i thought I could just add another $15 and be all set with the next prepaid plan but they charged me $30 and kept my $15
