100% locked out of my account

I’m locked out of my account, I’m also not able to contact any support. Service has been shut down, going off of WiFi

Hello, Zackkshepardd01. Help is here. Just to confirm, is the account shut down as in canceled? If yes, how long has it been canceled?

There is an account holder, we had a falling out, I’m assuming she shut my service off of my iphone14, I want to start a plan in my name.

Zackkshepardd01, my apologies to hear of these issues but we can help with getting you set up for the best success for your new account. It sounds like you a part of someone else's plan. If this is the case, and you want keep/use your current phone and phone number, the account owner of the account that you are listed on will need to provide authorization to release both your  number and your phone. If this is not an option, you can contact our Telesales department to begin new service with a new phone and number. They can be reached at  800-225-5499.
