$200 Gift Card REBATE ISSUE

Starting to get very upset here.

After  finally working with support on the forums to get my rebate offer activate to my account. I woke up to an email that stated you were unable to process my rebate because my line was disconnected. However my line has NEVER been disconnected. Now I am unsure on how to resubmit because this process was confusing the first time. Why is Verizon so difficult? This is the most difficult rebate I've had to go through and I am coming from the pink phone company.

I am having the same issue and I opened 4 new lines with 4 brand new phones I bought from them , 4 new numbers. Got that email for all rebates I applied for !
