$200 Gift Card for online orders

I placed an order online and a $200 verizon gift card offer popped up on my screen. I accepted the offer as well as took a picture or it and video just incase an issue occurred with trying to redeem it. I have talked to representatives and they seem to know nothing about this offer. I've tried everything with no solution

I ordered a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra and my order was placed on August 1st and yes it was for new service

No, I haven't received anything. I have talked to representatives and still nothing. I also took a screenshot and a video of the offer when I accepted it

Thank you for this information. Try these steps to see if you have the offer:

On My Verizon site-

  1. Access the rebate from My Notifications or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates.
  2. Review the information and click Submit.

On the app-

  1. Access rebate forms through My Notifications > in App Alerts or Shop > Orders > Rebates.
  2. Review the information.
  3. Click Submit.
