Purchased a phone a while back and received a $200 gift card. Finally had something to use the gift card on, but discovered it has a $0 balance when trying to check out through the website.
Any assistance would be great.

It was around early April of this year. I checked the balance when trying to check out on the Verizon website.

Any updates on how we can fix this? I placed the order on 3/23/24 and the receipt shows the $200 gift card on there.
