Received an offer stating that as a new customer if I opened a new phone line I would be eligible to receive an iPad and a $200 gift card. I accepted and completed the order received my IPhone 16 pro and the IPad. The rep emailed what he said was the promo code and that I would be able to redeem upon activation of my line. Since then Every verizon employee tells me different story when I call for assistance to redeem. From the calls centers not properly annotating my previous calls to telling me to visit a store for assistance only to be told in the store they can’t actually help me. I need step by step instructions on how to receive and redeem my $200 gift card.
