$200 Gift Card???

Hi all,
Was anyone else promised a $200 gift card as part of the "new iPhone on Us" promotion with the Ultimate Unlimited plan?

When I picked up my phone at the store, I asked about the gift card because it wasn't mentioned on my receipt. The store employees said they had no idea what I was talking about. It’s really frustrating because I signed up with the understanding that the gift card was part of the deal.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, how did you resolve it?

It looks like by partnering with support, the issue of the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45-60 days (redemption time frames can vary depending on the promotion) or submissions not completed at our rebate center. All Verizon customers can also check out the "Orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.
