Was anyone else promised a $200 gift card as part of the "new iPhone on Us" promotion with the Ultimate Unlimited plan?
When I picked up my phone at the store, I asked about the gift card because it wasn't mentioned on my receipt. The store employees said they had no idea what I was talking about. Itโs really frustrating because I signed up with the understanding that the gift card was part of the deal.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, how did you resolve it?
