$200 Rebate for Porting Line Over

I recently purchased a new device with a new line on the unlimited ultimate plan. When checking out I was told that if I were to port my number (which was on T-Mobile at the time) I would receive $200. However, I do not see any notification, message or email telling me how to redeem this and if I remember correctly this needs to be redeemed within 30 days of account activation.
I have spent hours calling and chatting with support to no avail. Different agents seem to say completely different things.
Could someone please let me know how this offer can be redeemed? I expected much more from Verizon but it seems that they are showing offers that have no way to be redeemed and their agents are clueless. Not off to a great start in my opinion.

You DO NOT help. I have same problem and I get the run around. I speak good English, i am explaining it perfectly and it's like the individuals are ignoring what I say. I am saying with 100% honesty and accuracy. You are not helpful at all. And cause me stress, unneeded.
