$200 Rebate for adding a new line December 2024 and a new iPhone on the new unlimited plan!

we added a new line and purchased a new iPhone 16 pro max in December 2024 over chat online with a Verizon employee. After over 2 hours the Verizon agent completed the new line and purchase and I was told I would get my $200 rebate as well and how to submit the rebate. We went online entered the rebate submission January 8th 2025 I was told 8 weeks and we should have the $200 Visa card by January 25th. January 5th came around nothing now we are in February 2025 I spoke with several agents and a manager two agents disconnected the call. I called back again and was assured everything was fine but that was a lie a manager looked and although it says pending online they could see it showed invalid error I was told it was due to so many submissions and the system kicked it out. So on Feb 20th a manager submitted the rebate again saying we would have it by February 27th well guess what 27th came and nothing. It is now March 8th 2025 and it still shows pending and nothing else. No manager or agent has even offered to enter a ticket to get this resolved and after 3 managers and over 6 agents Iโm ready to take all 3 of my lines to T-Mobile. At least they honor promotions. I was with Verizon 20 years and left yโall before due to issues and I have Verizon one more try and yet yโall have failed me again. Iโm sick of Verizon!!!! Iโve had nothing but problems since December and nothing but lies.
one agent named Cordelia promised me $200 billion credit if it didnโt go through again and when I called back I got called a liar although I had proof with emails from her and screen shots of all the text in chat room. Yโall are liars.
