$200 Switcher Rebate

I can't figure out how to get the $200 Switcher Rebate.  On my receipt it just says:

"$200 Switcher Rebate
Redeem via your Notifications on the My Verizon app or vzw.com/myverizon.
Must be submitted by: 02/05/2024"

But when I go to the website there doesn't seem to be any information on this.  Anyone know what to do?
