$200 Verizon Gift Card Says Invalid

After adding a new line to my account, I was mailed a $200 giftcard with the new cell phone. Tried to pay the bill with the brand new gift card but it says it’s invalid with every attempt. Spent over 4 hours on the phone with 2 different phone calls and each time I was promised to receive an email with a digital giftcard in a few business days. Very frustrating that I received any email either time I’ve called.

No we have been promised twice that a digital replacement gift card would be sent to us. We never received anything in any email inbox both times.

I'm sorry to hear there is an issue with your gift cards. You will need to call the number on the back of the card for support as they are seperate from general Verizon Support.

Unfortunately no, we have talked on the phone with them at least 6 times now with promise of a fix every time. Hours have been spent on the phone unfortunately. We have given up.

I made two orders of $50 gift card and recieved both on the same day. One $50 gift card is valid and then I used it. However, the other $50 gift card is invalid when I checked the balance. I think that one was not activated properly when it was shipped to me. I tried to the customer service online chat for many hours. They said they submitted a ticket for me a week ago but I heard back nothing. I contacted the online chat again and they have still have no clue. So frustrating!!!
