I have been getting the run around by several agents wether it’s through chat or a live rep on a phone call. They have “escalated” my ticket a number of times, I have spent days and days trying to get this sorted out since we’re on a time crunch and no one seems to help me out. Upon adding another line on my account and getting a new phone, their was a promo I was eligible for which was a $200 Verizon card rebate that had to be claimed by a certain date before the end of the year. But it’s starting to feel like I am getting sc@mmed about it especially after seeing others post about the similar issue on these forums and getting the run around. I mean who ELSE is suppose to solve this concern?
