$200 Verizon gift card

Verizon - this post has been made hundreds of times. I just added a new line (iPad air) and prior to checking out an offer stating if I went through with the order I would get a $200 gift card. I accepted and completed the order. Every verizon employee tells me different. One said I would receive s random email in the coming months. Another said there was some link. It's obviously ambiguous in the hopes the customer won't follow through. I need step by step instructions on how to receive $200 e gift card and have it applied to my account.

I also have this same problem. After accepting the offer that popped up for the $200 gift card, which said I would receive an email or notification in my account after placing my order for an iPhone 15 and new Unlimited Ultimate plan, nothing has arrived in either place (not in the spam folder either.) The phone was received and activated today, which I thought might have prompted the email to arrive, but there was nothing. Another poster on this forum said customer service gave them a code to redeem at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com after having a similar problem.

The order was placed on July 19th. The offer was presented in a pop-up and said,

"Complete your order and get a $200 Verizon Gift Card

You'll be able to redeem a $200 Verizon Gift Card in My Verizon after placing your order. Submit within 60 days and a Verizon e-Gift Card will be sent via email within 8 weeks and after claim validation."

I clicked the "Apply offer" button and completed the checkout process. I have not received any notification via email or in My Verizon notifications with any code to submit.

I am also having problems with this offer being applied to my account. On 8/2/24 I purchased my iPhone 15pro. When I was online on my desktop the offer for $200 popped up on my screen while the item was in my cart. I clicked apply. I didn’t see the Promo on my receipt for the purchase. When I asked the chat representative about this they told me “no worries the offer will be posted to your accounts homepage”. I was in communication with them prior to making the purchase and afterwards and was reassured it would be there. It has been 3 days and I have not been able to pick up my phone from the local store because it’s marked as still processing even though the item is in stock at the store. I have been on the phone with customer service for at least 1 hour on 8/4 ( where she reassured me I would still receive the promo) and now today (8/5) and they have no idea about the promotion. I am very frustrated. They told me to cancel my order and try to reorder and hope the offer comes back up on my screen. This is unacceptable.

I traded in an iPhone 12 for a iPhone 15 and upgraded my plan on 7/26/24 and had this offer pop up and clicked accept and I still have not received my notification to claim the $200 gift card.

I purchased a Samsung Fold 6 on Aug 5 as well as a new Unlimited Plan. Included in the deal was 'NFL Sunday Ticket. This appears on my receipt. I have yet to receive any communication regarding this offer. I spoke to an agent today who initially had no idea what I was talking about. After about 45 minutes he was able to track down the order and said he needed to escalate the issue and would get back to me in a week. Really??? The offer is on the from page of the Verizon site. In addition, I also was offered a 200.00 Verizon gift card with the same popup every else here is talking about. THIS ALWAYS SHOWS UP IF YOU LET THE CART SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES WITHOUT PLACING THE ORDER. I've yet to see any notification on this. There is a notification on My Verizon App that says a REBATE offer needs to be redeemed but when I click on it t says there are no rebates. Help would be appreciated!!

I have the same issue. Got a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 on 7/28/2024. I applied the promotional offer and did an in store pickup of the phone. No email, no physical gift card.

I too received this offer when i uograded my phone on 8/2, but cannot find the email or a notification received from Verizon with the details. I've looked in all email folders, notifications and everywhere I can think of in the app and am getting nowhere. It's a little frustrating.

I have this same issue. I received the pop up to purchase my s24 ultra plus and galaxy and upgraded my plan to the new plans that are out also purchased a galaxy book go to complete the order that nite and I clicked yes on the pop up. I thought I could redeem it right away but when I talk to customer care they know nothing of it. Please help as I only competed the order for that special promotion.

Order was placed on August 4th. One line was an upgrade and then I added another line for a Samsung galaxy go book. I also changed my plan to the new ultimate one. I received my products already but when I inquire about the pop up that said complete order today and claim a $200 gift card after placing order. I couldn't screen shot it due to security on the Verizon app. The only reason I went thru with the order was because the $200 incentive. When I call customer care and into store no one knows anything about it. Please help

While I was placing my order for my new phone and plan, I received a promotion popup on screen for a $200 verizon gift card. I clicked to add it to the order. I completed the order, received the phone, and my plan is now active. I have not received the gift card nor have I received any information on how to get it.

I have the exact same issue for my new phone and upgraded plan. Did it in the app and got same message saying I would get a $200 gift card and I hit accept. Have not heard anything. Was on the phone for 3 hours and still got no answer. And on top of that they have not given me my Sunday ticket access.

This is a new line, new plan, I ported my number from a different carrier. I never received any confirmation, but I did accept the offer and click the button to add it to my order. This appears to be a common problem

Same issue, I switched from AT&T to Verizon and trying to purchase online and because there was a online offer for a phone and iPad bundle.. I had a popup for a $200 Verizon Gift Card on Us in my cart. Some reason my order was having issue when I tried picking it up in the store and they had to cancel the order and redo it in the store. I asked the Specialist several times if the Gift Card would still be applied and even showed him a screenshot of the offer so he knew I wasn't just trying to ask for a credit. I saw it on his tablet when I was looking over everything, but I haven't seen any such email or anything on my account referencing this gift card offer. I even asked the Specialist today when I had to go inside to get a problem fixed and he said it was there, BUT WHERE!? lol This blows cuz last week they had the purple iPad Air which they don't have anymore in stock and had to go with blue(purple is my favorite color).

I am having the same problem. Placed a new order on 8/19/24 with the $200 gift card promo. Order confirmation said "Rebate: $200.00 Verizon Gift Card on Us Redeem by Oct 18, 2024 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification." No gift card in the box, nothing online or under notifications on the app. Link above also does not say anything about gift card.

When I spoke to Verizon chat support, they said that the gift card "should come 65 days after the order, via e-mail", which completely contradicts what the order confirmation email says. I would appreciate any support from @vzw_customer_support

PammyG70, we want to make sure that your order is processed successfully. Please tell us, when you check your order status via My Verizon, what exactly do you see on your end? Does the order still show as open? In-store pick up orders are automatically cancelled after the end of day 3 if the order is not picked up by then. If your order was placed on 7/28, and was not completed, it was also auto cancelled by this point. Were you upgrading your line?

I am having this issue too. The rep is saying that they can see it but doesn’t know how to show me proof. This is pretty ridiculous.

I am currently going though this as well. I placed an order on August 21 and that popup came up while I was in my cart. I accepted it, but have received nothing about it. No one over the phone can locate that promo as well. Wonder if it was a sneaky way to get you in.

I have the same problem. I switched to Verizon several days ago and was offered the $200 GC. I even have that stated on my order invoice. I made sure to read the instructions carefully and check the notifications in the app. After finding the well hidden notification message, I clicked on the notification to redeem my GC but unfortunately it took me to an empty page! Need help before the offer expires!

I was in the same boat. Made the purchase, received 0 guidance on how to obtain my $200 gift card.

After speaking with customer service for 20 minutes today, they provided me a promotional code that I used here https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/ the promo code is CARTOFFER2024 and you will need your purchase date. Hope this helps as it appears they intend to have people forget about it and lose out on the $200 judging by the lack of communication and process in regards to the offer.

I’m having the same issue. Upgraded one of my devices on July 05, 2024 and was told I would get a $200 gift card once my trade in was completed. I got a confirmation on July 10, 2024 that my trade in device was accepted and everything was good but more than two months later I still haven’t received my gift card.

This has happened in the past as well. We upgraded other devices in 2022 and didn’t receive the promotion value until Sept 2023.

Yes, it was offered when I upgraded one of the phones on one of our lines. The only thing I have is my receipt which indicates some language about a gift card in the terms. Don’t see a way to attach my receipt here but it’s in my account.

And on my receipt it wasn’t added as a credit for my upgrade either
