Verizon - this post has been made hundreds of times. I just added a new line (iPad air) and prior to checking out an offer stating if I went through with the order I would get a $200 gift card. I accepted and completed the order. Every verizon employee tells me different. One said I would receive s random email in the coming months. Another said there was some link. It's obviously ambiguous in the hopes the customer won't follow through. I need step by step instructions on how to receive $200 e gift card and have it applied to my account.

I have this same issue. I received the pop up to purchase my s24 ultra plus and galaxy and upgraded my plan to the new plans that are out also purchased a galaxy book go to complete the order that nite and I clicked yes on the pop up. I thought I could redeem it right away but when I talk to customer care they know nothing of it. Please help as I only competed the order for that special promotion.

Order was placed on August 4th. One line was an upgrade and then I added another line for a Samsung galaxy go book. I also changed my plan to the new ultimate one. I received my products already but when I inquire about the pop up that said complete order today and claim a $200 gift card after placing order. I couldn't screen shot it due to security on the Verizon app. The only reason I went thru with the order was because the $200 incentive. When I call customer care and into store no one knows anything about it. Please help

I also had this same issue. I placed an order today got a new line and was so excited about this deal it was honestly why I followed through with the purchase & I received no confirmation or information regarding the $200 Verizon e gift card

try this steps
Go to my Verizon rebate site
enter code and purchase date
they ask you to email id and confirm email id
enter your email id then they showing you will get 200 e gift with in 8 days
but donโt close
go to scroll down and press CONTINUE button and Next page they asking your phone number(s) enter your phone number and confirm
You will get tracking number an email
