I recently switched over from ATT to Verizon as of 10/13/24, received my iPhone 16 pro max on 10/19/2024. I made my purchase via an online chat because I was having issues trying to claim the $200 gift card offer on my own. I completed my purchase & everything went smoothly... Up until it was time for me to claim my gift card on 12/02. Turns out the live agent NEVER submitted the request for me to get the gift card (in the original purchase) , a lovely agent was able to assist me and we put in the claim for the submission on 12/02. 8 weeks later and probably about 10 live chats, I have still not received the gift card. I made multiple complaints that I should of gotten the gift card at least before Christmas, but nope I had to deal with the consequence because of a mistake a Verizon agent did. My submission was supposed to be validated by 12/09/24, it is now 01/29/25 & nothing has changed. Based on the review of this forum I am clearly not the only one having issues & officially convinced myself I am never getting this gift card. ATT has never done me wrong, and I never had an issue with them delivering ANYTHING on time. I would never recommend anyone to come to Verizon ever....
