I switched 3 phone lines from Att on 11/24/2023 and I’m not so sure the guy at the store processed it right. I’m still waiting for the email and never received any info on tracking them. I’m really upset that I haven’t received it yet.

See this thread for some tips on how to get the switcher rebate. Hopefully you're not in an "expired" timeframe...

The more research I just did I’m even more unhappy. The man at the Verizon store said he took care of everything for us and all we had to do was look for the email in 8-10 weeks. Now as I look back at receipts that don’t get printed out for you anymore it says in there to do rebate by 1/23 but I wasn’t worried because he said he took care of it all. For such a big company you would think this things would be done more streamlined and properly without screwing people out of money.
