Unable to locate where to redeem 200 gift card offer per line switched from tmobile even sales rep in store told me gift card would appear on my perks

hello Joseph I went to Best Buy sales rep told me there is a promo for $200 gift card per line when switching and port in from tmobile using the code BBYSWITCHER24, unfortunately i was unable to do the switch that day i went home and tried to do it online through verizons website during check out it saw it again I qualify for $200 gift card per line switched, i ended up going to the verizon store activated 3 lines 2 iphones and 1 tablet line i ported in my number and the sales rep mentioned i qualify for a $200 gift card once again per line switched.
