$200 gift card/rebate not showing up

I just switched two lines over to Verizon from T mobile a few days ago and was promised $200 /line in the form of gift cards. I’ve been trying to access the rebate section to get this process started but have been unsuccessful. Could someone help me out with this, please?

Rdcradle, we'd be happy to help you get your rebates going! Please check your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website under Notifications for a tile to redeem your rebate. If you're not able to see it there, please let us know and we can look at other options.
