$200 gift card/rebate not showing up

I just switched two lines over to Verizon from T mobile a few days ago and was promised $200 /line in the form of gift cards. I’ve been trying to access the rebate section to get this process started but have been unsuccessful. Could someone help me out with this, please?

Rdcradle, we'd be happy to help you get your rebates going! Please check your My Verizon app or the My Verizon website under Notifications for a tile to redeem your rebate. If you're not able to see it there, please let us know and we can look at other options.

I'm having the same issue. I have the e receipt showing the offer and have not received the e-gift card

I also never received the promotional code or a activation link under notifications on my verizon account. Nothing appears in my offers either. I placed my online order March 24, 2025
