I set up five new lines. Got five new Iphones. I attempted to set up the new account online three times before finally getting it to go through. Each time the Representative told me that I would get a $200 Visa gift card for each new line. Now that I’ve had the service for four months. I have reached out to Verizon customer service six times trying to find out why I haven’t received my rebate information. Now, then they tell me there was no promotion then, and I must be mistaken. The only problem is, I took screenshots of all the conversations with the representatives offering me those Visa gift cards for each line. It has the date it has the representatives names, and it shows them offering the promotion. So any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
