$200 gift card

Question

When I switched my account from t mobile to Verizon and bought 3 phones I was told I would receive a $200 gift card. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve communicated with 10 different people who have told me 10 different things concerning the gift card. I’m at a loss as to what I should do. Any suggestions?
