Yes I just got new Verizon plan with a galaxy s24 phone they said I get a 200$ gift card first I heard I get email haven’t received one then they said it would pop up on my online account it still hasn’t I tried to go look it up but it ask for a promo code I can’t find one either what the heck is going on here need some answers or I’m swritdhng to another company asap cause of poor service thanks

I am also having trouble collecting a $300 gift card I was promised.

I was finally able to get through to them by phone, after being on the phone for over an hour, I was told that the problem was fixed and I should check my email.

Still nothing.

When I have another hour or two available, I will be calling them again.

Let's keep on top of them until we get our promised money!

Here is the solution that worked for me today.

1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/
