Verizon, I bought a new phone and added a line on Nov 16th. I clicked the promo before I made the purchase and have not received any email. I have called 2x and spend over 2 hours on the phone with the promise that they will send an email and then they thank me for my 15 years with Verizon. I am beyond frustrated and this seems to be a problem that many customers are dealing with. Please help to rectify this situation.

Here is the solution that worked for me.
1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/
