I bought my 2 phone and open 2 lines because verizon have $200 promotions.
I just chat an agent her name is Sarah and she said I am no longer eligible for the 200 promotions because I changed my phone number. She was being rude after just text me that I wasn’t eligible she end my text right away without my response. Wow I did know that I can’t change my phone number. Verizon is a joke about the promo.
