$200 rebate for new line

I have purchase online a new phone new line for my daughter and it says i would get a rebate of $200. Upto this day i did not receive an email for the rebate code to claim, on my receipt i have until nov 28 to claim, i called verizon and they said it would take 60days after activation to receive the email. I am worried because i have until the 28th. Need Help. Thank you
