$200 rebate per line switched never arrived

Hello, I switched over my 4 lines from Tmobile to Verizon back in November 2023 and I was told I would be given a $200 rebate per line switch after 8weeks of phone activation.

When I contacted the rep about the status about the rebate, the second rep said first rep never send in request for me and he would escalate issue for me,all I have to do is to wait for it around 7-10 days. When the time came,I checked in again, rep said will escalate to higher level team and contacted me in 4-5days, which they never did.

Today when I followed up again, told me i have to upgrade my plan to get the $200 per line, because my original plan is not eligible.

This is not a honest business practice, I took your word for it when I switched my plans ,and you guys never valued your reputation and changed the story as you want.

Any one revived $200 rebates for unlimited welcome plan?I signed up for this plan and told I can get $200 after switching.

Can anyone help me get this issue resolved?

I too had the same issue. I've been a Verizon customer over 8 years. In November my daugther and grandaugther switched from t mobile to my Verizon account. I went from 3 lines to 5 with the expectation that we would receive 200 per line. We had everything done in the store in Clinton md. It was a two day process. We were told I would get the gift cards in a email about two months later. That never happened and the customer awevice was horrible. I made several inquiries to no avail. I was on hold for upwards of 55 mins each time I reached out. I could never be in touch with a supervisor. No one ever resolved the matter. I have 5 L

Verizon operated like a fraudulent
business the way my 200.per line matter was handled. It still has not been resolved. I feel tricked .Does anyone have advise to get this resolved

Verizon has been a major headache recently, and the employees seem to be getting worse. They lack basic common sense and seem more like con artists than customer service representatives. Promises are never kept, and you have to go through endless prompts before speaking to a human. When you finally do, they often hang up on you or transfer you incorrectly, whether out of incompetence or on purpose.

I called to transfer three phones from another carrier to Verizon today and was treated horribly. The representative spoke to me in a condescending tone, assuming I wanted the cheapest plan, even though I specifically asked for the best, most expensive option. The business model at Verizon has slipped significantly, and at this rate, they will lose a lot of customers.

If their motto is "if you leave, you leave," then they clearly don't care about their customers. A billion-dollar corporation should be monitoring their calls for quality and training, as they claim, and should be reaching out to clients who have been disrespected to make things right. Sometimes it's not about the money but about respect and business ethics. If upper management doesn't care, neither will middle management, and the frontline employees will follow suit.

I'd rather deal with the worst service carrier in the world if they had the best customer service, instead of dealing with robots and repeating myself endlessly before speaking to a human who isn't any more helpful. Verizon's employees lack common sense, empathy, and basic working skills like entering notes in their CRM.

They make a used car dealership look reputable. Verizon might as well hire animals and teach them English; they could probably do a better job. They literally have no common sense or morals. I scheduled a call and never received it. One issue leads to another, highlighting all of Verizon's imperfections. They don't hold their employees to high standards, and the employees clearly don't care either.

I am still waiting on my $200 rebate for switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. You guys are a scamh. I'm going to report you to the FTC. I am very disappointed.
