I order my phones and switched from t mobile on 12/24 with the promo CARTOFFER2024. My receipt shows each phone line can receive the card. Now a rep is telling me it’s only one per order. Which is correct bc that’s not what I was informed

Been having a wild goose chase trying to get what was promised by Verizon when I switched to the home internet package. was given cartoffer2024 code and nothing. NOT ONE verizon representaive could help me. Is there anyone with a clue at Verizon customer service
