$200 switch rebate email received but link does not work and nothing showing in Notifications to get the rebate

dhsd, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption.

Below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card. 

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address
